Yes. All new clients are required to start with a consultation. This gives me the chance to review your hair history, understand your goals, and build a realistic plan before any service begins. As a private, one-on-one studio, availability is limited. I recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance for color and extension services, and 1 to 2 weeks for cuts and blowouts. For major transformations or extension installations, reaching out as early as possible is always a good idea.

It depends on the service. A haircut typically takes 60 to 90 minutes. A blowout is about 45 minutes. Color services generally take 1 to 4 hours depending on technique, hair length, and density. Extension services typically take 2 to 4 hours. During your consultation I will give you a realistic time estimate for your specific appointment.

One size does not fit all. Pricing starts at the rate listed on the booking page, but the amount of product needed and time required varies from client to client. A more accurate estimate will be provided during your consultation, but this is still an estimate and is subject to change based on your specific hair requirements and desired results.

For color services, wash your hair 24 to 48 hours before and avoid heavy products or oils the day of. For extensions, come in with freshly washed, product-free hair. Absolutely. I encourage it. Inspiration photos are one of the best ways to get on the same page quickly. When choosing photos, try to find images with a similar hair texture and tone to yours. Keep in mind that results can vary based on your starting color, hair condition, and hair type, which is exactly why we start with a consultation.

Yes. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and happy to conduct your entire appointment in whichever language you are most comfortable in. This studio was built with Raleigh's bilingual community in mind.

Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service fee. Same day cancellations are treated as a no-show and charged 100% of the service. For the full breakdown, please review the Studio Policies.

Children under 12 are not permitted in the studio unless they are receiving a service. This is for their safety and to maintain a focused environment for all clients. Please make childcare arrangements before your appointment.
